Ordering design or animation.

For further productive work, you need to describe the task to me in as much detail as possible. This will also save both of us time. There will be no need for numerous revisions.

I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the price for the design may be increased if it becomes necessary to do something that is not described in the initial technical specifications.

1 option. If you already have ready-made prototypes, sketches, content to fill in (photos, texts, etc.), then send all these materials to me by email. 🖂 emporiosweb@gmail.com.

2 option. Download brief 🖹, fill it out on your computer or phone and send it to me by email 🖂 emporiosweb@gmail.com. Or to any messenger from my contacts.

3 option. Fill out the form with questions on this page. You can also add any other requests you may have regarding the future design. You can find more questions in the brief. 🖹.

What is the order of work?.

Answers to frequently asked questions regarding the design order.

    General information:

Specify the brand, type, name (description) of products or services provided by the company, price category, features. For example, if you have a furniture company: Office furniture, office chairs, computer desks, safes, office upholstered furniture

Describe, at least approximately, how everything should look in the end. How should the information be presented (minimal graphics and a focus on structuring the information, or, conversely, special attention should be paid to beautiful graphic design; should it be designed in a high-tech style, or in the style of ancient Greece, covered with red wood, black velvet and sheets of riveted iron, etc.)?

Provide links or attach files with designs that could serve as examples for the layout. Indicate what you like and what you don’t like (colours, graphic design, layout of materials, etc.).

Colours desirable for use in design. Light or dark colour scheme.

If possible, describe the illustrations and other graphic elements that are desirable or essential to use or draw (logo, characters, objects or other items, pictograms, etc.).

For example, if you need an animated banner

What materials (including graphic materials) can you provide?
    • Brand book
    • Product catalogue
    • Logo
    • Photographs
    • Other
(Anything can be useful for work, even a business card; at the very least, it will give us a feel for the existing style.)

    Your contact details:

In order to draw up a detailed description of the task (Technical Specification or TS for short), you and I will need information for further work and to ultimately obtain the desired design and animation. Therefore, you need to fill in the fields of the design order form on this page of my website. Alternatively, you can download the Brief Questionnaire with questions, fill it in, and send it to me by email 🖂 emporiosweb@gmail.com

Next, I calculate the time required for my work and provide you with the total cost for the design project. I divide the entire project into stages. You make an advance payment for each stage as the task is completed.

For general assurance and guarantee, we can sign a contract with you. There are three options for doing this:

3.1 If we are geographically close, then we can meet and sign a contract for design development.

3.2. If we are located far apart, we can send the signed agreement to each other by mail.

3.3 Conducting a transaction through a service guarantor, such as FreelanceHunt.

The contract will specify all stages of work (often there are three stages: analysis and idea search, draft or prototype, finalizing the design).

I carefully study the market, your competitors, and your customers. Based on the goals that the design should achieve for you, I look for the best solution. I offer you a design style, the best color combinations, and the right way to present text, photo, or video information.

Using the work done in step 5, I create a prototype, a draft. We agree on all the details of the layout of information and design elements before final approval. All these steps (concept, presentation, revision, approval) are interrelated and may be repeated.

With the approved prototype, I can refine the work to perfection. I will present you with the final version, and we will agree on it. I will make adjustments and take further action until it is fully approved.

If the work has been done perfectly and you are satisfied with everything, then we can settle the payment with you in full.

You will receive source files with requirements for printing or for the Internet with requirements for various services where your design will be posted. You will also receive an accompanying note with technical information and instructions for use.

After successfully developing a design for you, we can exchange feedback. For advertising purposes, you can leave a link to your website.

Write to me or call me, whichever is more convenient for you. We will fill out the form together.

I will give you the exact price for design and animation work after you fill out the technical assignment, or if you describe the task to me in great detail and provide all the materials so that I can think everything through and weigh up the information.

I have a price list where prices start from a certain amount. This is because each task is unique in its complexity and requires an individual approach. Therefore, the time spent on the work varies.

The price per hour for my design and animation work = $10.

It all depends on the technical task based on the questionnaire you have completed.

For example, a banner with animation will take 3-10 hours to implement. It may take less or more time.

I always respect my clients’ time and try not to delay the process in any way.

Sometimes I have to estimate the time required by a few hours or days, but I charge for the actual hours spent on the work as agreed. The extra time is allocated for processes related to adjustments to the work based on your comments, remarks and requests.

Based on your description, you or I can create a rough sketch of the future product design in any convenient way, for example, by hand with a pencil on a piece of paper. This will be a draft.

A prototype is a simplified version of the future final version of the work. In a prototype, you can see an unfinished design, the layout of content blocks, and trial animations of objects.

Concept – establishes a shared vision between the client and me, the designer. It is, so to speak, a ‘demo version’ of the final product, which gives an idea of its appearance and functionality. When creating a concept, everyone understands the main idea, style, mood of the brand, colour palette, typography, and graphic elements.

We can preliminarily agree on a separate fee for work on a number of different options to choose from.

But usually I make one design option based on the questionnaire filled out by the client and examples. Therefore, during the work process, I can show you different directions free of charge, but this is often not necessary if the work is carried out in line with the technical specifications.

If you insist on radically different options, then I will charge 70% of the agreed price for one design for each subsequent option.

We will make minor changes that do not differ significantly from the original technical specifications free of charge.

However, if you require fundamental changes, these tasks will be treated as a separate stage of the project. We will agree on their cost and deadlines with you in advance.

Please note that revisions require additional time and effort, so they are charged separately from the originally agreed amount. However, I am always willing to be accommodating and can offer a discount or even make some changes free of charge, depending on the situation.

To avoid misunderstandings, I always work closely with you. During the task, you will be able to monitor the progress and make suggestions. This will allow me to quickly adjust the direction to ultimately achieve a result that fully satisfies you.

Design work begins after prepayment has been made. For projects up to $200, prepayment is 50%; for larger projects, it is 25%. Payment in instalments is also possible. Full payment is made upon completion of the entire project.

If desired, we can formalise our relationship with an official contract.

To ensure maximum transaction security, we can work through reliable guarantee services, after which you will also receive documents for tax purposes. Please note that these platforms charge a commission of 3% to 8%.

The prepayment is payment for my time and work that I put into your project. If all the points of the technical assignment are fulfilled, the advance payment is non-refundable.

I am responsible for the result. If the final product differs from the agreed technical specifications, I undertake to make corrections until you are completely satisfied.

A refund of the advance payment is possible if I am unable to complete the main task of the project. I will also refund the advance payment in the event of force majeure if I realise in advance that I will not be able to complete the project within the agreed time frame.
