How I do work for you. The main stages of project implementation.
Every project I create related to my services (design project, website creation, etc.) goes through the main stages. For a general understanding, you can review them below:

Stage 1-2 We will discuss the project and draw up the assignment.
In order to draw up a detailed description of the task (Technical Specification or TS for short), you and I will need information for further work and to ultimately obtain the desired website. Therefore, you need to fill in the fields of the form with questions for ordering a website or design.
To fill out the form, click on the relevant banner below:

Stage 3. We conclude the contract.
For mutual guarantees, a contract must be concluded.
Or conduct a secure transaction using guarantee services, such as the ‘Safe’ service on the Freelancehunt website.
We can meet and sign a contract.
Alternatively, if you are in another city or country, we can send each other the signed agreement by post.

Stage 4. Payment of a 25% advance for the work.
After filling out the technical assignment, I will understand how many stages there will be in the work (often when creating a website there are 4: design, layout, programming, SEO promotion), as well as the final amount for the entire website creation project. That is why I divide the total amount for the project by 4, which is 25% – an advance payment for each of the stages.
When ordering a design, the number of stages may be fewer or more, depending on the specifics of the task. If the order is small, for example, creating a banner for printing or for a website, then the advance payment will be 30-50%.
I do all the work on creating the website on my hosting and on the test website address. After payment for stage 4, I will transfer the website to your hosting and set up your domain.

Stage 5. Market and competitor analysis.
At this stage, the work begins. I study your competitors and target audience in detail and, based on the website’s objectives, suggest the best options for the design (colours, style, layout of information blocks) and functionality of your future website.

Stages 6, 7, 8, 9 Creation of concept options by me. Presentation of the website prototype. Making corrections. Approval of the concept.
Based on the work done, which is described in step 5, I begin to make a prototype. This is a draft in which, for convenience, we can further approve the layout of information blocks until we reach mutual agreement – approval of the concept. I have combined these three steps because they are closely interrelated and go through several repeated cycles.

Stage 10. Design development.
With regard to the prototype, concept, and other accompanying materials, I am proceeding to the design development stage. I will show you the final version of the website’s home page (or multi-page print publication) and secondary main pages. For websites, I also create layouts that display on various screens: personal computer monitors, tablets, and mobile phones. We must agree on all pages created during the design phase. Your website will look exactly as it does in the design mock-up. Any further corrections during the layout or programming stage can be made by me for an additional fee.

Stage 11. Final payment for the project.
When everything has been perfected in terms of design and programming. If everything has been done correctly in the previous steps, then you make the final payment.

Step 12. Transfer of all project materials and files to you.
I transfer the website files and configure the domain name on your server or hosting. I configure the server for fast website performance and perform basic SEO tool configuration in the administrative section. Next, you change the password for the administrative section, and you have a fully functional personal website that is closed to third parties. I also provide all source files with design layouts, script files for your finished website, and other possible materials.

Step 13. Exchange feedback (optional).
After successfully developing a design for you, we can exchange feedback. For advertising purposes, you can leave a link to your website or your contact details.
