    Your contact details:

In order to draw up a detailed description of the task (Technical Specification or TS for short), you and I will need information for further work and to ultimately obtain the desired website. Therefore, you need to fill in the fields of the website order form on this page of my website. Alternatively, you can download a brief questionnaire with questions, fill it in and send it to me by email. 🖂 emporiosweb@gmail.com

A contract is concluded for mutual guarantees.

Alternatively, a secure transaction can be conducted on guarantee services, such as the ‘Safe’ service on the Freelancehunt website.

We can meet and sign a contract.

If you are in another city or country, we can send each other the signed contract by post or email.

After filling out the technical assignment, I will understand how many stages there will be in the work, often there are 5: prototyping, design, layout, programming, initial search engine optimisation. The total cost of the entire website creation project will also become clear. That is why I divide the total amount for the project by 5, which is 20% of the advance payment for each stage. This also serves as a guarantee for you to save money.

I do all the work on my hosting and on the test website address. You can constantly monitor the entire sequence of work remotely, control the progress and make your own adjustments and suggestions. After payment for the 4th or 5th stage, I will transfer the website to your hosting and configure your domain.

If you need to purchase a domain name and hosting, I can help you choose the right hosting for your specific project based on the capabilities required for your website to function. Prices vary depending on the server and domain name, so it is necessary to consider the current situation.

Also, if you require further support, content creation, and website maintenance, I can assist with this for an additional fee.

At this stage, the work begins. I study your competitors and target audience in detail and, based on the website’s objectives, suggest the best options for the design (colours, style, layout of content blocks) and functionality of your future website.

Based on the work done, which is described in step 5, I begin to create a prototype of the website. This is a draft, in which, for convenience, we can further approve the layout of information blocks until we reach mutual agreement – approval of the concept. I have combined these three steps because they are closely interrelated and go through several repeated cycles.

With regard to prototypes, concepts, and other supporting materials from previous steps, I am now moving on to the website design stage. I will show you the final version of the website’s home page and secondary main pages. I will also create layouts for display on various devices: personal computer monitors, tablets, and mobile phones. We must agree on all the pages created at the design stage. Your website will look exactly as it does in the design mock-up. Any further corrections regarding your new requests at the layout or programming stage can be made by me for a separate fee.

Work is underway to configure scripts for the administrative part on the server side. Using the administrative panel, you will be able to fill your website with any information or manage orders for your online store, etc.

When everything has been perfected in terms of design and programming. If steps 12 and the previous ones have been completed without errors, then you make the final payment for the creation of the website.

I transfer the website files and configure the domain name on your server and hosting. I configure the server for fast website performance and perform basic configuration of SEO tools in the administrative section. Next, you change the password for the administrative section, and you have a fully functional personal website at your disposal, with the administrative section closed to third parties. I also give you all the source files with design layouts, script files for your finished website, and all other materials used in the development process.

Please feel free to ask me any questions. If you have any difficulties filling out the questionnaire, I will contact you via messenger and we will fill out the questionnaire together in a chat, or we will contact you by phone or video call.

I will inform you of the exact price of the website after you fill out the questionnaire and I draw up the technical specifications for the questionnaire. Each website is unique in terms of design and functionality and requires different amounts of time to complete. Therefore, there is no fixed price. My price list shows prices starting from a certain amount. Until you fill out the questionnaire, you can calculate the approximate price using the website development price calculator.

I calculate the price estimate based on my hourly rate. = 15$.

I try to do my work as quickly as possible so as not to cause you any discomfort from waiting.

The design of the website’s home page, consisting of 4-7 main content blocks, takes approximately 16-48 hours. The HTML coding and integration into the website management system may take a similar amount of time.

The time and price of the project depends on:

    1. From the complexity of animation of design elements and interface.
    2. From the number of pages and the number of content blocks on them.
    3. It depends on how complex the design is planned to be.
    4. Depending on the complexity of the website’s functionality and programming.
    5. From the complexity of animation of design elements and interface.

A prototype is a schematic representation of a future website. Similar to a blueprint for building a house, a website prototype specifies the number of main pages and the placement of content blocks on those pages. Content, in turn, describes the contents: text, images, headings, buttons, and spacing between these elements.

You can make a draft of prototypes yourself by drawing them by hand in a notebook or in any programme you know how to use, such as Word, Excel, Paint, etc.

You can describe your vision for the future website in words or simply fill out my questionnaire-brief. Based on this, I will create prototypes myself.

I often create one version of the website design based on what you describe in the brief questionnaire regarding your preferred examples of existing websites. Therefore, it may not be necessary to create multiple versions. However, if you insist on choosing from several radically different options, then I will create as many as you need. The price for the subsequent options will be 70% of the price originally set for one option.

Free of charge, if these are minor changes that do not deviate significantly from the technical specifications drawn up on the basis of your questionnaire-brief.

But if radical changes need to be made, then I will move these tasks to a separate sub-stage of the project and evaluate them separately, after discussing this with you in advance.

You must understand that additional work requires extra time and effort on my part, so it must be paid for regardless of the originally agreed amount. However, depending on the situation, I always try to be accommodating and can offer a good discount or even do the necessary work for free.

I minimise this situation by ensuring that you can see what I am doing as I work on the task. You can suggest the direction you would like to see the work take, and I will adjust my approach accordingly to achieve a satisfactory result.

    Visa/MasterCard.

    USDt.

    Electronic payment systems.

    WebMoney.

I only undertake tasks after receiving a 25-50% prepayment. If the task costs up to $200, then the advance payment is 50%. If it costs more than $200, then it is 25%. Alternatively, you can pay in advance for each stage of the work. You pay the rest when the entire project is completed.

We can conclude an agreement with you, which will specify all stages of work and their prices, as well as the payment period.

We can conduct all work through a secure transaction guarantor, such as Upwork or FreelanceHunt. However, it should be noted that these services charge a commission for their work (currently ranging from 3 to 8%).

I charge an advance payment for the time I spend working on your order. I do not refund the advance payment if I have complied with all the requirements of the technical assignment agreed with you before starting work.

I will refund your advance payment if I am unable to complete the task set in design, animation or programming. However, such cases are rare. If the result of the work differs from your requirements in the technical assignment, I will offer to correct the work until you are completely satisfied with the result.

There may also be a force majeure situation where I can refund your prepayment if, after some time or for other personal reasons, I realise that I will not be able to meet the deadline.

Before starting work with you, we will sign a contract or conduct the work process through a secure agreement from a freelance exchange. This will be an important guarantee for you to keep your money safe. You will also receive all the documents for the tax inspectorate.

I have been working with people online all over the world for a very long time. I value my reputation. There are positive reviews from my clients on the internet. My website also features customer reviews with their contact details.

You can also see that my website has been online for a very long time — since 2010, if you look at the web archive. My contact details have remained the same throughout all these years.

Yes, of course, as I wrote above, the project is divided into stages of implementation. Each stage has its own price.

Yes, if you have placed an order with me before, I will give you a discount on your next orders.

Essentially, it is a ‘home’ for your website files on the Internet, without which it cannot function.

Hosting is a service that rents space on a remote server that is constantly (24/7) connected to the Internet to store your website files and data. You are provided with the necessary server resources (disk space, computing power) for scripts to function properly.

There are many hosting service options to choose from. You can choose at your discretion or trust me.

Payment for hosting is separate from the cost of website development.

A website domain (website address) is a unique name and address of a web resource on the Internet, which is used to identify and access it. Instead of a complex numerical IP address, a domain such as www.site.com (e.g. .com, .net, .ru, .ua and many other options) allows people to find and visit websites by entering it into the address bar of their browser.

Payment for your domain name is separate from the price for website development.

    2. Purchase of licensed copyright images from photo banks.
    3. Purchase of licensed commercial fonts. Price for professional text writing or SEO optimisation services. This is a separate project and is paid for separately.
    4. The work of website editors. I only provide basic content for the basic pages of the website as an example for the client to fill in themselves later. I fill in up to 10 products for the online store.
    5. Creation of professional photo/audio/video content for the website;
    • Configuring the secure HTTPS protocol.
    • Settings will be made in the administrative and client sections for filling in and displaying metadata (Title, Description).
    • Creating convenient navigation and breadcrumbs.
    • Adding a website to Google, Yandex, Bing, and Yahoo search indexes for indexing.
    • Setting up correct links within the site (URL).
