3 Option.
Order form on the website online.
Fill in all the fields with answers to my questions, if possible, and click the ‘Order website’ button at the bottom. Describe your task in as much detail as possible.
Please note that completing all these initial steps will ensure that both you and I understand the task very well from the outset, and I will not have to make a large number of corrections.
I will be able to accurately estimate the cost of developing the website and the time required for the work.
The price for the project may be recalculated if, after the design and programming have been approved, additional requirements for refinement arise (these may include corrections to the colour scheme in the design, replacement of fonts, changes to the structure of the website, functionality, or other requests that may take a long time to implement).
How to work with me:

Step 1.2. Let’s discuss the project and draw up the assignment.
In order to draw up a detailed description of the task (Technical Specification or TS for short), you and I will need information for further work and to ultimately obtain the desired website. Therefore, you need to fill in the fields of the website order form on this page of my website. Alternatively, you can download a brief questionnaire with questions, fill it in and send it to me by email. 🖂 emporiosweb@gmail.com

Step 3. Sign the contract.
A contract is concluded for mutual guarantees.
Alternatively, a secure transaction can be conducted on guarantee services, such as the ‘Safe’ service on the Freelancehunt website.
We can meet and sign a contract.
If you are in another city or country, we can send each other the signed contract by post or email.

Step 4. Paying a deposit of 20% for the work.
After filling out the technical assignment, I will understand how many stages there will be in the work, often there are 5: prototyping, design, layout, programming, initial search engine optimisation. The total cost of the entire website creation project will also become clear. That is why I divide the total amount for the project by 5, which is 20% of the advance payment for each stage. This also serves as a guarantee for you to save money.
I do all the work on my hosting and on the test website address. You can constantly monitor the entire sequence of work remotely, control the progress and make your own adjustments and suggestions. After payment for the 4th or 5th stage, I will transfer the website to your hosting and configure your domain.
If you need to purchase a domain name and hosting, I can help you choose the right hosting for your specific project based on the capabilities required for your website to function. Prices vary depending on the server and domain name, so it is necessary to consider the current situation.
Also, if you require further support, content creation, and website maintenance, I can assist with this for an additional fee.

Step 5. Analysis of the market and competitors on the Internet.
At this stage, the work begins. I study your competitors and target audience in detail and, based on the website’s objectives, suggest the best options for the design (colours, style, layout of content blocks) and functionality of your future website.

Steps 6, 7, 8, 9. Creation of design and functionality concepts by me. Presentation of the website prototype. Making corrections. Approval of the concept.
Based on the work done, which is described in step 5, I begin to create a prototype of the website. This is a draft, in which, for convenience, we can further approve the layout of information blocks until we reach mutual agreement – approval of the concept. I have combined these three steps because they are closely interrelated and go through several repeated cycles.

Step 10. Develop the website design.
With regard to prototypes, concepts, and other supporting materials from previous steps, I am now moving on to the website design stage. I will show you the final version of the website’s home page and secondary main pages. I will also create layouts for display on various devices: personal computer monitors, tablets, and mobile phones. We must agree on all the pages created at the design stage. Your website will look exactly as it does in the design mock-up. Any further corrections regarding your new requests at the layout or programming stage can be made by me for a separate fee.

Step 11. HTML – website coding.

Step 12. Programming the website. Configuring the administrative section.
Work is underway to configure scripts for the administrative part on the server side. Using the administrative panel, you will be able to fill your website with any information or manage orders for your online store, etc.

Step 13. Final payment for the created website.
When everything has been perfected in terms of design and programming. If steps 12 and the previous ones have been completed without errors, then you make the final payment for the creation of the website.

Step 14. Transferring the website to your server. Transferring all project materials and files.
I transfer the website files and configure the domain name on your server and hosting. I configure the server for fast website performance and perform basic configuration of SEO tools in the administrative section. Next, you change the password for the administrative section, and you have a fully functional personal website at your disposal, with the administrative section closed to third parties. I also give you all the source files with design layouts, script files for your finished website, and all other materials used in the development process.
